We stayed for 6 nights and loved the pool area. the renovated room was nice. I found the bed very comfortable. breakfast had a good variety of choices and a delicious paw paw jam.

the room included toiletries and fresh linen. the bathroom felt modern and had a good size. the room has a lovely pool view, however the jacuzzi seemed very large.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always happy and smiling. guest relations were prompt in organising bookings, tours and transport. lintang greeted us. We felt welcomed and like vip guests.

the pool was nice. it had room for everyone. i had to get in early for a sunbed, but i always found somewhere to sit. the welcome drink were delicious.
rooms could use maintenance. the bathroom shower was moldy. the toilet blocked every time it was used.

the breakfast had a great choice and the restaurant offered nice dinner options i found plentiful bottled water provided plus a balcony i also enjoyed the location , made it easy to get around and see the sights. the staff were so friendly and always ready to help with any requests i made i appreciated how clean and well kept everything was, from the rooms to the common areas. the pool was fantastic and i enjoyed the convenience of having water coolers on every floor to refill my water bottle
